You have Workout Wednesdays, Tight Tuesdays, Make it Happen Mondays, Sunday long runs, and even Soothing Saturdays! Aim for at least an 80% consistency this month in completing the challenges. Some days are easier than others, but non of them are longer than 20 minutes so Make it Happen! Feel free to add these workouts to your current workout.
